I recently had gone to Wells Family Dentistry and had a very traumatic cavity filling experience. As I had still a few more cavities to fill, I knew I needed to find another dentist. Although Lane & Associates has many high reviews, I was still wary because so did my previous dentist. I took a chance and holy shit I'm so glad I did. I saw Dr. Webb and fell absolutely in love with her.

I came in for my cavity filling, trying to keep my panic subdued so that I wouldn't have a panic attack. As soon as Dr. Webb administered the local anesthetics, I started having an attack. I was trying to sit quiet and deal with it, but Dr. Webb immediately could tell something was wrong. I told her what was happening and her and her amazing assistant, John, jumped to help me. He grabbed some water and a hand-held fan, she grabbed a stress ball for me, and then sat down and talked to me quietly until I felt okay again. I explained that I had been in a lot of pain in my last filling and that at one point I started choking on my own blood cause the assistant wasn't paying attention. John assured me that wasn't going to happen here and Dr. Webb said that if I felt any pain to immediately raise my hand and she would give me more anesthetics without hesitation. When the procedure started I didn't feel a thing. The camaraderie between Dr. Webb and John made the environment very relaxing. By the end of the appointment I was completely at ease and looking forward to my next filling.

I would recommend Lane & Associates and Dr. Webb to any and everyone. This is an amazing dentistry and I'm so happy I found a great dentist...

Please let me be clear, I had rather put my finger into a pencil sharpener - than go to a dentist.

Dr. Solecki and his Dental Assistant Kendra worked with state of the art - modern equipment to ensure a positive experience with excellence. A tooth truth - the Tooth fairies were circulating my house to steal all my teeth. Till their Dental Hygienist Mrs. Robin quickly corrects my many years of tooth neglect. She has such a gentle person with such a skill-set that should put Lane and Associates Dentistry above all other practices. She is such the gem “Please ask for her”! With her help, I am now on the correct path to a perfect smile.

Sometimes my choices of past are very questionable, however my choice of Lane and Associates Dentistry was right on. I highly recommend Lane and Associates Dentistry as they are being one of my better choices in keeping my teeth!

This practice and the entire Lane and Associates company are incredibly unprofessional and were extremely rude to me. I cannot believe the manner in which I was treated and am, thus, no longer a patient with Lane and Associates. When I was a patient, I expected the practice to inform me about every step of a procedure as well as explain the payment for each procedure thoroughly and what could be expected. The staff did not provide me with clear information about each step of my crown procedure and apparently expected me to know injections will be involved. Additionally, the staff informed me my payment for the crown will be split across two visits and I will have no more amount due. A few months later, I receive a statement with a balance of $296 due for the crown. No one at the office had informed me I had an additional balance due, which left me confused. When discussing this with the office, the staff were incredibly rude and harsh and could care less about their patients. All this institution and company wants is your money.
