I frequent this location often and was greeted with a warm welcome. I gathered my items and purchased some made to order items. When my food was ready,I walked over to find my sandwiches were still could even though I make for them to be toasted. I saw a young lady at the pick up country and asked her to heat up my one of my sandwiches. She gave me a grimacing state and walked away. Walked away. No response, just walked away. I saw another employee name Benjamin and asked him the same question. I then asked if he was a manager. He said," One of them". So I began to explain to him how I felt disrespected by the other employee. I also asked for her name. He refused to give it to me and said he would speak with her about it. She walks over with a smirk. I attempt a conversation with her to let her know that I felt that she was being rude. She lies and starts telling at me saying that she told me to hold on. She never said a word until now. She was young, light skinned, long colorful braids and slender. She was rude, distasteful and very unprofessional. First off the customer service was awful on Saturday November 26 when I ordered food and 2 made to order drinks, I ordered at 10:49am, the food was ready at 10:57am but drinks had not been started so I proceeded to ask if our drinks would be made and was told as soon as they finished with the food orders, mind you we already had our food. So I had to wait for them to get other orders completed before I could get the rest of my order. After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to cancel my drinks and went back to the lady who was fixing the food to ask for a manager, she said she was the manager, I told her I just wanted to cancel my drinks, then she asked the cashier to give me a refund , the cashier struggled to figure out how to give a refund, she then just added the 2 drinks up and gave me my money, I asked her did she include the tax, she response was I dobt know about no tax, and proceeded to give me my cash. Not one time did anyone apologize for the long wait, inconvenience. I understand being short of staff but customer service is still customer service. Read moreI happened to work a night shift and decided to stop here on my way home, since Sheetz are known for their “24-hour service”…I was sorely disappointed when I approached the door and it was locked. Although there were a number of staff members inside in sight, no one addressed me. Given COVID has changed a lot of things, I checked around to see if there was a sign that indicated why this 24hr establishment wasn’t open 24 hours but nothing. As I walked away from the door, I spoke with a sheriff who was parked and asked about it, and he informed me that on Friday and Sunday evenings, this location closes for a number of hours.
Is there any way a sign can be posted in sight and this can be updated on Google Maps, because it’s misleading and disappointing to those who make the trip in hopes of receiving an ice cold beverage to get them the rest of the way home after a long night (speaking about me)??
