AMAZING ALL AROUND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !!!! I just needed to leave a review about how wonderful style encore is in all departments I brought in a few items and got paid so fairly for them not to mention the customer service was immaculate they were so quick to help and some of the nicest people even engaging in small talk . the best customer service I have ever seen these days the store owner Nadia is super helpful and kind helping you with whatever you need she also truly cares about your opinions on her store. The selection of clothes is awesome from brands to sizes they are very inclusive to everyone. The clothes they have are very updated nothing is outdated and no longer in fashion with AMAZING PRICES her prices are such a deal for her pieces all around a hands down store with the friendliest people and amazing service!! Not to mention it is a small businesses family owned...

I’m not much of a consignment person but was running low on money and figured I’d go sell and walk around. For selling, it was good for me in terms of the fact that I planned to just donate to a Goodwill and ended up making something. However, I’m not too sure how much I received for what and what exactly was sold. That may be my own fault given I didn’t ask nor check the bin closely but in my defense it was placed on a counter where I had to jump to see into the bin and I didn’t want to embarrass myself.

If I could leave zero stars I would. As a retail manager of several employees I'm going to have to say that the lack of effort that was put in to looking thru our clothes today is staggering. We had an enclosed bin that had clothing in it folded in a certain way. When we came to pick up our items we could tell that only three or four items were actually looked at. Nothing else was even taken out to be looked at. One of the two employees that was working simply decided that it wasn't in the business' best interest to take in additional product.
