Food is amazing and service is great as well... if you think that the food is not authentic, no one said it had to be authentic or there is no huge sign saying " WE HAVE REAL AUTHENTIC FOOD" so as long if the food is good, why does it matter? You still go to chipotle or Taco Bell but that's not authentic. And if you are feeling that the service is bad and you have to wait forever to get your order taken, you need to know that many employees there can only speak a little English so they can only give you a menu and chips, or give you your food or drinks... but when they do take your order it won't be like it's so much better for you cause if you are so impatient you can't wait for a few minutes to get your order taken, you are not going to like to wait for your server trying to understand your order and you might as well wait for someone who can understand English. When we arrived the establishment was cold and the music was blaring. The waitress seated us and then said I'll be right back. After a few minutes we received our drinks and it was really down hill from there. It took awhile for the young lady to return to our table for our order. She was texting and talking to another person who just walked in, who appeared to be a friend. Once we got our food, she dropped my tortillas on the floor and out them back on my plate. Really!!! Our food was less than average and when asked for a hotter sauce, we waited 15 minutes. It wasn't until the end of meal that we received our second drinks of tje night. The whole time we were there our server was on the phone or in the back, nowhere to be seen. So if you're planning on coming here, bring your own food and drinks, And please don't be in a hurry, because you'll need time for your server to finish her...

The most disgusting experience at any restaurant ever. I ordered their shrimp soup and they did not clean the shrimp. They were as of literally somone caught the shrimp and threw the into a pot to boil. I can’t stand the idea of eating shrimp poop. Shrimp had the eyes and tails as well. The waitress asked me if everything was ok. I told her I did not know they did not deveine shrimp. She answered in a rude manner, You should had asked us to do it before you order. I’ll put it in a to go contaiber for you. Really?! First of all, it’s common sense for restaurants to deveine the shrimp. Second, she should asked me and last don’t ask rudely if there’s something wrong if you don’t plan to fix the issue. Just thinking makes me want to throw off. The soup is $20.00 or so.
