Horrible Chinese resturaunt. Me and my mother had ordered there a few nights ago, took them an hour to find our house, called us and we gave them more directions on where to go, and they took ANOTHER HOUR. We had ordered around 8pm and it arrived at around 10:30-10:40Pm. When the food had arrived, on top of the delay, we had given them a tip. I had gotten the Sesame Chicken and she had gotten the Seafood Delight. Due to the long wait, our food would be barely considered Luke warm. After about 3 pieces of chicken in, I had gotten a HUGE hair in my food. I had just finished pulling it out of my mouth before my mom had told me her scallops were bad. We both had lost our appetites and stored it in the fridge, hoping to get a refund or a replacement. We called the next day around 4 and asked to speak to the manager. She had refused to send us a replacement, would not give us a refund, AND.HUNG.UP.ON.US. The horrible service was beyond imagine and left me in utter disgust. We had called back and she argued with us for another good 10-15 mins. She wouldn’t stop asking what was wrong with the food. We repeated it to her probably about 8 times and she wouldn’t stop talking over us. After our heated discussion, she left for a moment and came back, and told us she would ONLY GIVE US 30% OFF. After this HORRENDUS phone call, I had done some extra digging in the food. I later noticed that there was a HUGE BLOCK OF CHICKEN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PLATTER. roughly 9 pieces of chicken were in a huge clump together. I have ordered from here before the Shrimp and Garlic. So I decided to do the same before I had to work the night shift at my job. My coworker got a different shrimp dish; the Shrimp and lobster sauce. When it arrived and I opened the bag it immediately had a very strong smell. Not very fisshy as much as ammonia. Because I used to work in a restaurant where we sold shrimp and other seafood items I was aware of the scent of bad seafood. My coworker ignored the smell and went along with eating her food, I did the same because hey I already paid for it. We stopped after eating the first shrimp because it tasted so funny. Not even ten minutes later my coworker fell ill and started vomiting. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund in which they stated that it wasn’t happening because they had not gotten any other complaints that day about the shrimp. They continued to tell me that a refund is not happening. Just for those who don’t know, if you eat seafood that could be going through a decomposing process, so any dead fish or crustacean, it can form ammonia.
