This was my first time purchasing furniture as I've always had hand me downs, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the building. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, very helpful. The prices were way lower than what I had in mind. They delivered the couch to my house in the next town over, free of charge. Also took the old couch with them. The young men that delivered were so kind and courteous. They displayed great teamwork while moving the furniture, they got everything all set up, they made sure I was left happy with no questions.
