Dollar General — Local services in Eagle Pass

Dropping to 2 stars because I witnessed the manager (short haired older lady) get into it with a customer. She accused the customer of grabbing the ladder to get things on top of the shelves and the customer denied it. Apparently the person in front of me was a witness to her not climbing. The manager kept repeating to the customer that she shouldn't get up to grab items over and over. One time would have been enough. Then the manager accused the gentleman in front of me of being together with the other customer because he witnessed what happened and defended the first customer. The manager kept telling the gentleman who was not being disrespectful, "Whatever sir, whatever". I had heard bad things about this manager before, but had never experienced it beforehand. Now I see why the rumors are going around town. Called customer service and placed a complaint about her. It was uncalled for, unfair to both the customers and I did not have to see her dramatic ways. I hope she gets taught what customer service is about or they put someone who can deliver it.

they are so rude !!! i went to the store with my mom then I asked a worker if they have a restroom he was very nice and said that I had to ask the ladies at the front .When I went to ask one of them was on her cell phone and ignored me I asked other one and she just said there is not restrooms today and she just smiled (sarcastic ). My mom it's an older person and if the guy said that they have restroom she should been nice or say it in a nice way . But there was another customer and what a big difference she was smiling and talking to very nice . What I don't understand what is the difference between one customer...

So I’m a usual couponer, but I came home for the weekend so I decided to try couponing here in EP. one transaction went through perfectly, but the second one didn’t. I asked if I could cancel the transaction or be able to re put my number since I forgot to clip a coupon, and mind you in other stores I usually get rude employees but this time I didn’t! I got a younger cashier that was so nice and understanding as well as her supervisor! I highly recommend...
