The first thing I noticed was that my foot tub was still wet when he started the spa water. He told me to stick my feet and I asked “Do you clean and sanitize your equipment after each use cause I see things floating in there.” Idc I made him sanitize it. Too late for the person that was with me cause their feet were already soaking. After he was stand offish, rude, and smart alert, (idk why maybe cause I didn’t conform to their dirty tubs), he did a poor job shaping my nails both on my hands and feet. Might as well I made me a homemade mani pedi cause it looked like I just painted them with no filing or shaping. After all that, I still tipped them $40 ($20 for me and $20 for the person I invited) So forward two weeks later which is today, I get a call from my guest I treated out for their first pedicure ever and they tell me that their left toenail is growing out BLACK! I am sad for my guest and livid toward this business because it was initially my idea to go to this dirty spa with incompetent or lazy dirty staff and now this person is dealing with this mess. Do not come here, you will get fungus on your feet and nails. Snd if you know you have FUNGUS, go to the doctor and get treatment, don’t be going to nail salons covering it up contaminating other people....

Typically, the 3 times I’ve come to this place it has always been amazing. I’m new to town so was thankful to find a new place I thought. However today was not the same. My pedicure was great came out nice and when it was time to do my nails it was a mess. The original color I asked for they didn’t have so I try to pick a shade close to it and now my toes and nails are different colors. The lady did not do a good job on my nails. She also disappears for about 20 minutes to do a waxing. What a disappointment. I Won’t be coming back to this place. I’ll drive the 2 hours and 30 minutes to San Antonio to get my nails and toes done...

The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the start, and my nail tech went above and beyond to keep everything clean and organized. She carefully laid out her tools and fresh supplies while explaining what she would do next, which gave me confidence in her work. I loved how gentle and patient she was, making the entire appointment feel unhurried and relaxing. The end result was stunning, with nails that were polished, shiny, and...
