Trader Joe’s Co Warehouse — Local services in East Allen Township

Do not accept any loads from this broker!!! My husband and I are company team drivers. We are booked by dispatch to pick up in Miami FL and deliver in Nazareth PA. Open pick-up where we spent 4 hours in a mess of a loading dock. Then delt with constant (location/temp/eta) calls throughout the day (even though they were tracking our load). We let them know several times that we would be to the receiver at 5pmwhich is early, and the guy calling said they would try to get us an earlier appointment. We get to the shipper and are informed that our appointment time (10pm) as listed on our rate con is invalid because that department is not open until the next morning at 3am. We start calling the company after hours number and get rhw run around by after-hours guy named Chris. Then he finally calls us at 11:30 pm and says that we can try again at midnight. Still not allowed on property. Guess it's just one more lie to add to the list. We let Chris know that we will have to request detention pay, and he replies in a snide voice, saying "Shocker," and then hung up. Least professional broker ever! Was not allowed on property until 3 am. the next morning. Broker would not answer calls about lumper costs. Thankfully, Trader Joes took the delivery after they were able to confirm it was expected. Did not leave until almost 6 am. Steer clear of this broker...

I was verbally attacked as a woman by a man that works here , because I did not let him jump in front of me in line ! I had just arrived and there was one truck in front of me at the guard shack but I did not pull directly behind them as I noticed to my right was a parking lot ! Although , we as the truckers did not have a stop sign and the cars in the parking lot did ; I did not want to be rude and block the parking lot! While waiting for the truck in front of me to move a black jeep patriot arrived at the stop sign ! I waited for him to pull out, but he did not move nor did he have any blinkers on indicating his next move ! So, once the truck in front of me moved ; I proceeded to the guard shack! While at the guard shack checking in ; this man took it upon himself to get out of his vehicle and started cursing and yelling at me ! During this time I stayed calm and told him that I was actually being courteous by not blocking the parking lot but I was next in line once the truck in front of me moved! He proceeded to yell and belittle me ! The guard and I was just shocked ! It’s sad what this world has come to when a man thinks it’s okay to get out of his vehicle , approach a woman , and verbally assault her because he didn’t have his way ! I reported this incident to my company and I’ll NEVER come to this...

Well,let me explain about this location,This building is Under NFI operations,No overnight parking,very small staging area,no bathrooms in staging area.gate check in opens 2:30 AM,First come first serve,if broker told you it’s by appointment,he or she full of lies.after door check in drive in parking and walk to receiving office which opens after 3 AM,look for window you have product,first staff will walk in after 3 AM,if you look at their faces,look like they been dragged out of bed to be at work,first they will chat to each other,hug each other,pull their phones out,connect to charger,it will be 330 by the time they will take first paperwork,while they check you in,still chatting to each other,don’t bother saying GOOD MORNING,they won’t even respond to you.you will be send to door,don’t fall in sleep because they want you to keep eyes on door light,when green you have to pull out and wait for your paperwork,it could take 3 to 5 hours.makesure bring cash or efs or comcheck with you,they don’t provide you any checks or change.I hope it will be helpful to all you out for...
