World Class Distribution — Local services in East Allen Township

This place is a huge no. Trucks parked all over the place. Check in took 1.5 hours past appointment despite being early. Instead of giving you a dock door they just give you an area of dick doors and let you hash it out with other drivers. I was third checked in and somehow got jammed behind 12 other drivers because they all rushed the docks. They'll call you when you are done being unloaded but then tell you to wait for your bills. Bills took another 6 hours past unload times to be completed. In total it was 1.5 hours to check in, 3 hours waiting on a door behind other drivers, 2.5 hours being unloaded, then 6 hours for bills = 13 hours, got here at 4am and didn't leave until 5pm. When confronting staff about the wait I was told my bills were ready sooner I must not have answered my phone. Then how come you called and told me my bills were ready the first time and didn't mention it? Because it never happened. Window was closed and lights were off when I went to go get my bills, had to find a random person working here to reopen the office just to hand me my paperwork I could see sitting on a desk thru the window. Like others have said, ban this place if possible. I got sent here because I don't have a choice. If you read this before heading out and have a choice, I hope you make the right choice and refuse to except driver abuse thru...

Not the first time I dragged stuff here and this place is still very unpleasant.

First, 30 min before the appointment is when you can show up, knowing you can get through the security.

The biggest and the most obnoxious problem? THERE IS NO PARKING. I mean, even if you think you can go to the non chain smaller truck stops in the area (20+ miles away), you will pay to park.

So, do what the rest do... You park in the middle of the road, in the middle lane and enjoy your time sleeping, if you can stomach hearing trucks and cars wizzing by all night.

So, this time, I had spoken with the security and said i only need 3 hours till my clock resets... So, after a process, some manager somewhere approved me parking until I can go... So, I parked exactly where the guard showed me, exactly the spots in the staging area... So, finally fell asleep, and BANG BANG BANG "are you delivering? Have you delivered? You can't park here".... "yesss, i can, go call the warehouse supervisors who said i could"... Well, can't really sleep in peace after the nasty interaction, can i?

The only reason I agreed to drop the melons here again, because the load played good. But, really frankly speaking, I wouldn't mind if no food or any kind was not brought up here or to PA. Yall...

The place close at 2100 hours and open up at 0300. They do not have overnight parking. I got here at 2000 my appointment time check with guard told me they where close open up at 3 am you can wait in the parking lot. After a hour I another guard come up and told me the bosses inside told us that we had to leave. So be careful better save then sorry. There is service plaze like 16 miles. Be careful with the service plaze because the navigation system will take you the back way and there not a way to get inside you have to get off on the highway to enter on the highway. But FYI it takes 20 minutes to get there but going back it's going to take you a hour because you have to take the back road. Because the way the service work if you going west you get off and get back on onto the west and you can't go easy. So if you do make sure you have enough time to get back. But the peolpe are rude and there IS NOT PUBLIC RESTROOM! I got in and out...
