On November the 18th I went to AutoZone in East Cleveland to get a light bulb for my van and to get it installed by an employee proceeded to give me the light bulb and he didn't even offer or ask me if I needed help putting the light bulb in which I did. then he acted like he couldn't put the light bulb in my car .I've always gotten light bulbs installed at AutoZone I was very disappointed at the fact that this employee didn't really want to help me at all and I will not be returning to this AutoZone .Right after this happened I went to another AutoZone and instantly the employees were amazing and...

Dominic the store manager is undoubtedly the most friendly, parts smart, helpful "with a smile", person I know!!! He'll offer to come out and help assist you with your vehicle before you even ask. The store is very clean, and it's no people outside standing around offering to help. Makes people feel safe in East Cleveland. I'd definitely come back!!!
