Angela Mia Pizza East Cleveland — Restaurant in East Cleveland

I placed an order for medium extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage DO NOT CUT!!! and it was on the receipt. because they refused to cut it in SQUARES. When I got home it was cut. I called and spoke to the manager Meech. He looked at the receipt and agreed he saw it on the receipt and offered me $5 off the next purchase. On 9-10, I placed an order for the exact same thing and DO NOT CUT!! the cashier gave me a quote of $18.75. I explained I was offered $5 off my next purchase by the manager Meech via phone. Meech came to the window and I told him about our phone conversation. He hemmed and hawwed, grabbing his beard and scratching his head, saying he can give me $2 or $3 off. I told him that's not what he said and repeated the previous conversation we had about 3 weeks ago. He said all calls are recorded. I told him I would wait until he listened to it. He refused to go listen to the recording saying "no do you know how long that will take?" I told him I would wait! He still refused! I told him I still have the receipt, but not with me! He REFUSED to HONOR his word. I told him to forget it and I will NEVER place another order here. I will go somewhere else. I had my grandbaby with me, she was very sad because I promised her some pizza!!! I went to AUGIES PIZZA which was BETTER, CHEAPER, AND CUT IN SQUARES!!!!! Like I requested. IT'S A DAMN SHAME THAT BLACK PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO WHITE ESTABLISHMENTS TO GET BETTER...

Female employee that answered the phone had a real stank attitude! answered like she was at home and had just finished arguing with someone and that attitude was passed on to the caller....which was me. After I placed the order she didn't thank me for the call or order....and when I said "thank you" after she told me my total and wait time instead of her saying "you're welcome" she said "mmmmhmmm" and hung up! This Angela Mia in East Cleveland has had horrible customer service since 1991 in my opinion. It must be a requirement that you have the poorest in social and customer service skills to work here. The pizza isn't even good...I was ordering for someone who then cancelled the order after I told them of the horrible attitude the employee who took the call had. You're not getting a thin dime from me for service like that! They said when they called to cancel the same chick was nasty on their call. The owners really need to have secret callers and secret shoppers at their locations frequently and do an overhaul of workers who are doing an injustice to their business. I guess people don't know that Teresa's Pizza is the cousin of Angela Mia and her stores have awesome staff...and if it's that toppings under the cheese thing that grabs you, Teresa's Pizza does that too. Let me start off by saying I moved to East Cleveland in 1969. Myself and my brothers and sisters all attended Mayfair elementary Kirk Junior high and Shaw high School. The first time I tasted Pizza was when I played football for Kirk and Angela Mia supply the. The first date I ever went on was it Angela Mia's when you can sit dine. Ive always bragged about Angela Mia's Pizza all around the country. I've never written a review before but today I'm riding to say this is the last time I will ever go to Angela Mia's. Customer service is the worst you will probably get better customer store service in the state penitentiary. I had a problem with an order could not get the cashier's attention. The rest of the crew just looked at me and ignored. One gentleman and I use that word lightly just looked at me as he was going out the back and yeah I don't work up front. Did not bother to tell anyone I was waiting and had a question. I was so anxious to write this review I set out in my car right in front of Angela Mia's to write it.
