I had 4 pairs of pants that needed to be hemmed. I picked up the pants and saw that none of the excess fabric was cut off. So whenever I wear the pants the extra fabric hangs out the bottom of the pant legs. 3 of the 4 pairs of pants I requested to be hemmed were like this. There was one pair of pants that the extra fabric was removed. I didnt know that I had to specifically request that the extra 3-4 inches of fabric be removed when hemming the pants. I dont even know what to do with these pants now. I had dropped off the pants 6 weeks ago and had not heard from the shop that the pants were ready to pick up. So I called the shop and the person I spoke to told me that they “had been ready” but they “didnt have the time” to call to let me know the pants were ready to be picked up. I was really disappointed bc I chose this shop bc they had good reviews on Google. Now I have pants that still dont fit me and Im out $42. I would not recommend this shop to anybody needing...

I honestly can not say enough nice things about this shop!! I walked in on a Saturday and asked them to basically give me the VIP treatment and was willing to pay whatever I needed to have my dress done by the end of the day; mind you prior to this interaction I had never laid eyes on them or their shop!! I was not a regular that needed a favor, I was a stranger that NEEDED their service quick!! They not only were amazingly kind and great conversation to boot, but they charged me the regular fee for dress alterations. I don't think many people these days make it a habit of going out of their way to help a stranger, and I honestly feel that they are just kind people!! Where to start? 4 weeks before my granddaughters prom, the dress was measured with the shoes she would be wearing. I was told it would probably be the week of the prom when it would be ready. not a problem today we went to get it and do the trying on again. the hemming wasn't done and I was told to come get it in 3-4 hours. nothing I could do soooo got a call saying it was ready.
