My husband and I had planned to see a comedy show on site and came here 2.5 hours early to have time to eat and gamble beforehand. We were seated immediately and our server, Jessica, came soon there after for our drink order. When she arrived with our drinks we put in our food order, which was wings, pasta and a salad. We watched as the tables around us got seated and then served food. When 40 mins had passed with no food, I figured something amiss, so I had asked a passing server if our order got mixed up or not put in it. She assured me the kitchen was busy and nothing was wrong. We continued to watch other people, with bigger parties get served their food. Suddenly, Jessica appears, looks at our table and realizes we have no food. She looks at a booth toward the front with a reserved sign on it and picks up our food and walks to our table and begins to set the food down. At this time, I realize our food has been sitting there for over 30 mins if not longer as I had watched a separate waitress deliver it under no impression it was our food. I politely said, "im sorry, that food has been sitting there for a very long time.." And before I am able to finish my sentence, Jessica, who I understand was frustrated given the circumstance, passive aggressively grabbed the food back up and whisked off to the kitchen. Having worked in restaurants for years as a young adult, I was trying to be as understanding as I could seeing as though it was not Jessica's fault our food had been misdelivered. Jessica came back out to our table a few minutes later and told us the food was being remade. We patiently waited for our food again. The food came out and we ate. My croutons were soggy, my husbands pasta wasn't heated through, leading us to believe our food had been reheated and not remade. Given that we waited over an hour to eat by this point, we assumed we would be compensated in some way or another but no such offer was extended. We paid full price, included a 20% tip and left underwhelmed by the bizarre...

Ordered a bunch of food today to take home to the family. General Chows chickn , which had no source on it was all on the bottom and the rice, was hard as a rock Also ordered the shrimp Fried Rice. The shrimp was edible but the race was hard as a rock to. Buffalo wings were dried seem like they Were left out of the refrigerator And then fried again The egg rolls I got.I think are philly cheesesteak rolls instead and were burnt ,caesar salad was old and wiltered. The french fries were definitely Double fried. Which means they were cooked, left out and then cook again. The salmon did taste good but was drenched in butter sauce. And as for the service if you're not one of her regulars she will ignore you Take My advice do not eat here.Go to the steakhouse instead It is much better And cleaner The whole bar was filled with dishes and empty glasses I don't even want to give one star...

Service was slow, and there wasn't really many people in the place. Menu is very limited, I was disappointed with the lack of options. Ordered a couple burgers, the burgers were decent, but the upcharge for fries with one, and tots with the other was ridiculous. The portions of the side fries and tots were very small, and quite disappointing. Then I also ordered a pizza to go which was overpriced for what you got. It was $18 for a pepperoni pizza that was around a 10-12inch pizza. I've had better pizzas out of the frozen section of Walmart, which is about 1/3rd of the price. The only part of the meal we actually enjoyed were the burgers. They were cooked properly, and tasted good. But I definitely won't return to this place, as overall it was a...
