It’s absolutely ridiculous for a Burlington location that’s been open for less than a month to already be running like it’s on its last leg. There was only ONE register open, with a line stretching down one of the main rows—blocking traffic, cluttering the store, and frustrating everyone. No sense of urgency from staff, no apologies, no management presence trying to get things moving.

Honestly, it reminded me of the East Hartford Burlington, which is infamous for running a skeleton crew like it’s some pop-up thrift shop, not a major retail chain. There too, they’d have two workers covering the entire front end, including returns, customer service, and checkout—on a weekend. It’s no wonder the place is always chaotic and customers leave pissed.

This kind of bare-minimum staffing isn’t saving money in the long run—it’s creating angry customers, long wait times, walkouts, and lost sales. People will stop shopping at stores that make them feel like they’re doing the company a favor just by standing in line for 40 minutes to give them money

Good business that facilitates the modern economy The store supplies a wide range of consumer products. Like most stores in this day and age products are not made with the same quality as before, not at Burlington coat factory some products are guaranteed to classed as garbage, quantity , though aesthetically eye catching and creatively designs . All my work and some sporting shoes are was bought here cheap looks good but yep it doesn't last long, if i get 5 months from a brand new work boot its as odd as snow falling in Africa or Jamaica. But been me i'm loyal. One big thing about this business is there Anti-theft system which is so flawed. Since like most stores with all the increase in thefts it bothers me to know and see these levels of criminaliry, i hope that owners/Management re-imagine more Anti theft deterrents. That must stop.
