The food is very good, and well-seasoned (though not over-seasoned). It tastes like it is made with all fresh, simple ingredients. The fact that they’ll deliver the meals is great, and it’s easy to pop a meal in the microwave and have a home-cooked style meal in a minute or so. The 4oz portions are a little small, but I realize their target market is diet-conscious, so it’s probably right on as far as that goes, and I’m not left feeling hungry after. Ordered for our family of four (20 meals) because I am tired of making 4 different meals each night/day. Portion sizes were perfect and so was the size of the container which easily fits into a lunchbox. When they arrived I did label them so it was easy for my family to grab what they wanted from the fridge. Everything was great except for the zucchini which was under cooked even after reheating it in the microwave for two minutes. Steve was very friendly and delivered to us and answered any questions we had. We will order again. Not having to shop and prepare this past week has been great for me. I was skeptical on meal prep and delivery services even a local one but I have ordered meals for the past month now and I am so glad I placed that first order! I love the meals!! My other half is vegan so I would be cooking just for myself which never really happened. I was eating mostly processed easy to prepare foods. Since replacing that awful habit with the meals from Platinum Prep I feel so much better. I am eating healthy, portion controlled meals without thinking about it. The cost is very affordable, I shop less, do not have to cook and have more time. Delivery has always been on time.
