My girlfriend and I just moved into our new place across the street from here a few weeks ago and wanted to celebrate our move in with a bottle of wine. My girlfriend went across the street to grab a bottle for us. Mind you, there is another liquor store less than a mile down the road but we heard the prices were good at this one so we went there. When we walked in, there were two young girls working who didn't even look up from their phones at the counter to acknowledge us. When my girlfriend went to check out, the cashier asked for her ID. The cashier said she could not accept her license as it was a duplicate. My girlfriend said "well I don't have any other form of ID and this is a duplicate license issued by the DMV". I couldn't even pay for the wine because I also have a duplicate license. The cashier (who was extremely rude) rolled her eyes and told us we could "call her manager if we had a problem" We then left, very confused.

So basically, we cannot ever shop at this liquor store at all simply because we had our wallets stolen last year and had to get issued a duplicate of our driver's licenses. If we could shop at this package store we wouldn't because of the poor customer service. This place would have gotten a decent amount of business at least twice a week from us and our roommates but now we will shop elsewhere from now on and tell our friends to do the same. Don't waste your time...

I saw the bad reviews in this place. They lost my business i was going 5 to 6 days a week one of the managers was rude should have gave him a beat down lost my business. I give them a zero on customer service. That one was with the past management. The new management problem I had was last Saturday I went May 10th 2025. I surpose to be charged $10.75 the guy charged me $12.45 twice so I was charged $14.15 extra. I went to explain the situation to resolve the problem. All they had to do is give me a 12 pack that cost $13.95 and we were even. It was not about the $14.15 it's the principle of it. I went there everyday even twice a day. Add what I spend in a month you lose my business for $14.15 really. Let me tell you I called my bank like I said they charged me twice $12.45. It was pending then it posted on my bank account like I said it wasn't the $14.15 it's the principle of it. You guys know me you see me everyday even twice a day. Sadly for $14.15 your lost...

This guy, ( the Snich) the owner got me arrested the other night he decided not to serve me and I was very polite and said thank you have a good night in front of the line of people which was embarrassing enough, I did not even park in his lot I was parked over by the dollar store because that’s where I went first and I walked over. So he really had no idea whether I was driving or not !! I know he was worried about me driving but I live a block down the street and would’ve been fine now for an entire year I have to deal with penalties and fines and everything else related to a DUI I wasn’t even driving bad but because he called the police on me just for showing up this will follow me for the next year and the rest of my life! I don’t normally drink it was a bad patch but this was not a good idea for him to do! I would be very very careful if you even smell like alcohol if you’ve been drinking at all do not go in there because he will snitch you out in...
