Have had nothing but a headache here, bought a dozen arrows and they cracked one immediately, then my inserts weren't set properly so broadheads couldn't be screwed in, they attempted to fix this and cracked the rest of them. Each time I found these issues the owner said she didn't believe me over the phone but each time upon inspection she saw that I wasn't making things up. They said they would make this right with new arrows, rather than do that their solution was to cut my arrows down below the splits making my broadheads sit directly behind my finger at full draw. I had to accept this or not have arrows for hunting season. Now that the weather is cooling down I am having issues with the fletching glue cracking causes fletchings to fall off for no reason. Did not want to leave a bad review for a small business but with so many issues I wanted to help other people avoid...

I've had either arrows set up or accessories put on my bows 3 times here. Every time the arrows have been done incorrectly. The first time inserts were installed without enough glue and popped out on the first shot. The second set of arrows had one that wasn't seated deep enough so heads could not be screwed in enough. Very elementary mistakes. Also had new rests put on two bows. On one bow you can tell someone attempted to tighten a screw with the wrong size wrench and nearly stripped the screw head out. On the second bow, the screw was tightened too much causing it to pull through the vertical adjustment piece. I brought this back two nights in a row and was told nothing could be done and there is no way it happened there. They will nickel and dime you to death and they are not transparent with their pricing at all.. It is hidden charge after hidden charge. What kind of place does extra work to your bow without asking your permission and then charges for it? These guys. Judy had a horrible attitude and was more interested in arguing than valuing new business. Just because they have the prices on the wall doesn’t mean you can charge them all without consulting the customer first. Work on the bow seems fine..First time here and will definitely...
