Terrible experience with the waitress. They were clearly understaffed, the air was palpable with tension, we could see and hear fighting in the kitchen as we waited. We were understanding, we've heard the stories about businesses being understaffed and chose to be patient and support a local business, entertained ourselves for 20 min with no acknowledgement from the waitress, except when she pointed us out to other people coming in that she still hadn't been to our table or another. We were a table top of 4, a group of 7 came in after us and much later a group of 9.
When another waitress showed up the initial waitress told the new waitress to help the group of 9 because one lady was being a real you know what, two tables overheard this. We watched the new waitress go to that table of 9 and to the table of 7 and take orders, so 16 orders were taken for people that had come in well after us and we still hadn't had anyone come to our table. We decided to call it and leave, bless my husband for leaving a few dollars. As we were leaving I pointed out to the initial waitress that they were helping this large table that came well after us because one customer was being rude she aggressively said YES! Good business practice. Apparently if you want service here be a real B.
Not all was lost, my 10 yr old autistic nephew learned that we weren't leaving because it was taking so long, but because the waitress was rude. He learned the difference between being patient, but also you don't have to tolerate poor service. I know no one cares, but we will...
Read moreJust had lunch there today. There were three tables when we arrived but took a long while to be seated and even longer to get drink orders in. Waitress (who wasn’t wearing a mask the entire time) finally came around to take our food order. After that another family walked in I’m guessing it was the owner with her children and mother. Our waitress spent most of the time talking to them while the kids were running all over the restaurant. 20 minutes later the waitress started bringing food to them. After about 45 minutes the waitress informed us that she had asked the cook to start our food three times and he had just put it in the oven. The owner stopped by to say she was getting our food and offered desserts but we just wanted to leave. The food wasn’t edible and we left over half of it behind. By the time we got home the entire family was sick. Definitely do not recommend we...
Read moreMy favorite Fiesta Mexicana treat are the burritos, all of them. I usually go with the Colorado Chile burrito, but the green pork burrito is yummy also. While waiting for your burrito be sure and try the complimentary chips and salsa. The homemade salsa with fresh cabbage is a house specialty and is easily the best in Helena. Another favorite is the Colorado Chile. Slow roasted, fork tender roast beef in red sauce is the definition of comfort food. All entrees are served with rice and refried beans, bring your appetites A-game. Whether you choose a burrito or another of Casa Fiesta's traditional Mexican fare bring your appetite. Great food, generous portions and one of the friendliest wait staffs make Casa Fiesta a no brainer when choosing where to...
