Freedom Thrift on 30 Secondhand Store — Local services in East Lampeter Township

This is one of the loveliest thrift stores I have visited. I visited on a Tuesday morning. Downstairs it is really laid out like a boutique. There is a small amount of clothing, some books, and mostly home decor. They have a lot of Christmas items right now. My son picked out some flash cards and asked at the register how much they are - to which we were told by the younger female cashier “I can give them to you for $2” which I didn’t have a problem with. Once I got home and looked at them, it not only looks like some are missing but I realized the back said they were from the dollar store and $1 brand new, so now I feel scammed because thrift stores should not be upselling items for more than they...

I chose to go to this thrift store while here in PA because of the cause. Leading men out of addiction. Very faith based place. I love it. The cause is close to my heart because one of my family members was/is a drug addict. I wish he’d get the correct help! Beautiful store. I’ll be donating items next time I’m in town!
