I’d really Like to compliment a Job Well done, if You’re Looking to go out to eat and Want “something for everyone” or Have several different tastes all in one party and no one can agree where to go eat, save Your time, and go Here! Because There are so many Delicious options Everyone can visit Millers, Each get something different, at a fair price, and Leave full, Happy, and Treated well….
There are several other Smorgasboards in the area, Take it from this Chef, Millers is the best on the Menu of Options…. If You’re looking at reviews, I imagine You’re Considering which Restaurant to visit, Sure, There might not be as “Many” options as there are at Other places, But When You see such a volume of food, I can tell you as someone in the business, You’re sacrificing Quality for quantity, because It’s usually a trade off, I think Millers does everything well, during this visit, I saw someone by gloved hand going around pulling out every piece of stray food That sloppy or careless diners would just slip into foods that it didn’t belong, It’s a shame, But While Hard working people like this have a job to do that’s often made more difficult by those they tirelessly try to serve, They make it look effortless, Our server Chrissy could not have been A more kinder, gentler, or more attentive soul, she didn’t forget a single thing, and managed Her section in such an impeccable way, She never let empty plates or drink glasses sit, and the Kind nature of Her personality make Her someone You’ll want to request, The food quality is Picture perfect, the Harvard beats are spectacular, the fried chicken is a family favorite, the Soups come in a great variety, the Salad is always cold, crisp, and fresh, the Hot items are Very Plentiful and come in as large or small of a portion as you like, which Most people forget, when you go to most restaurants, You get what they give you for the price tag, Here, You can have as much or as little of it all as you like!
I’d also like to take this time to Truly say they have another Gem on their hands, the manager Tabitha, I’m the guy who Wrangled the wayward pony, Thank God for The girl with the leash who said she’d stay with the horse so I could go back to eat with my party of guests who were visiting from out of town, But Tabitha, Wow, of all managers in the world, she is a star, She was the kindest, most patient, and understanding manager who while trying to balance a shift full of duties could not have been kinder or gentler or more accepting of the situation of the pony running across traffic, She cared about its safety and wasn’t anything but the most composed, and Accepting Manager and person who demonstrated such kindness and caring compassion for this animals safety saying “it’s the country life, and what we do for one another” I witnessed that and both she, and Her upper management should be very proud of themselves for having someone like Tabitha who Any customer would be lucky to dine in this establishment because of, You never saw such humane, welcoming, inclusive, and caring treatment of another living being like you saw in Her eyes for the care and safety of that wayward horse that everyone figured got loose from a nearby farm, she wasn’t the least bit pushy about getting the animal out of there and only wanted a safe, happy outcome for it, and it’s future and I’ll tell you, sometimes Heroes don’t always make the paper, but having a manager like that feels like an unspoken one you can be proud of who has proven Herself when tested in life and I hope she is rewarded by it!
Excellent job Millers, from Chefs, to Fabulous Chrissy, and Tabitha, You’ve made a very memorable experience even more so by your all star staff and Top notch performance at Balancing the tough job of delivering on the promise of Quality, Food safety, Time / temperature, A vast selection, and Customer service that is second to none!
You get five stars from me all the way and I can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Second updated review*- after trying for the second time, I’m upgrading the score , and here’s why: they let us sit even after we showed up late to our reservation. That’s the kind of leniency you don’t always get in the cutthroat world of all-you-can-eat dining, where time slots are guarded like state secrets.
Now, is this the best buffet you’ll ever experience? Some unique people might. But for what it is, it does its job. Nothing here will change your life, but nothing will actively ruin your day either. The food is decent, the variety is acceptable, and if you pace yourself properly, you won’t regret your choices until much later.
If you’re in the area, you might want to check it out. It may or may not leave you raving, but it also won’t leave you questioning your life choices the way a trip to Shady Maple (or as I like to call it, “Shitty Maple”) almost certainly will. If you want an all-you-can-eat buffet where the food feels like it was cooked by someone who actively resents your existence, then by all means, head over there.

Original review:
The all-you-can-eat buffet—where dreams of unlimited food go to die under a heat lamp. I came in with an empty stomach and left with deep philosophical questions, like: How can something be both over-seasoned and under-seasoned at the same time?
Let’s start with my first round. A bold attempt at seasoning—if that attempt was immediately abandoned. Every bite was a gamble, and not the fun Vegas kind. Couldn’t really build a solid picture of whether I like this place or not.
Second time- we walked by the shrimp… I took one whiff and immediately knew something wasn’t right. My partner tried one and ended up spitting it out. I’ll just leave it at that. I’m not saying they weren’t fresh but we just couldn’t tell what exactly they were.
But the dessert was interesting. It’s like they hired a completely different chef just for this. The cake was kind of moist, and the cookies had actual flavor. If you make it past the main course without losing hope, the dessert section might* remind you that joy still exists.
So, if you enjoy wildly inconsistent seasoning, and a dessert section that almost makes up for the trauma, then this is the place for you. Bon appétit… or whatever the opposite of that is!
Oh yeah, they give you a 50% coupon that you can’t use when you pay but expires in three days. What a great and logical...
Read moreMy family and I have been loyal patrons of Miller’s Smorgasbord for over 20 years. It’s been a staple in our family traditions, and we’ve always looked forward to our visits. However, after our last few experiences, particularly our most recent visit last Tuesday, we’re left feeling incredibly disappointed, disrespected, and uncertain if we’ll be returning at all.
One of the key reasons we’ve always loved Miller’s was the Roast Beef at the carving station. On this visit, we were told by the cooking staff that it’s now only available on Fridays and Saturdays. This came as a surprise, so we asked our waitress, Madison, who gave us a different explanation—saying it’s only offered “sometimes” and it’s a hit or miss. Then, upon speaking with the general manager directly, we were told the Roast Beef has been removed from the regular lineup due to rising costs, and is now only served on weekends.
This conflicting information from the staff and management was not just confusing—it felt deceptive. It gives the impression that employees are being instructed to mislead guests or deflect complaints rather than being transparent. Integrity matters, especially from a business that has long built its reputation on hospitality. If menu changes are made, guests deserve honesty—not a vague “maybe” or avoidance until they speak to someone in charge.
Unfortunately, the food itself has also taken a turn for the worse. The French fries were cold and sat there untouched with no effort made to replace them. The fried chicken—usually a highlight—was dry and bitter, almost inedible. My corn was soggy, and the mashed potatoes tasted bland and watered down. For a buffet that has increased its pricing in recent years, the value and quality we once enjoyed are simply no longer there.
We’ve watched Miller’s evolve over the decades, and this recent shift in food quality, lack of customer care, and most concerningly, the dishonesty around menu offerings, feels like a betrayal of the trust we’ve had for so long. The absence of transparency paired with a declining dining experience makes it clear that our loyalty is no longer being reciprocated.
Unless serious improvements are made in both food quality and staff integrity, we will no longer be dining at Miller’s Smorgasbord. My mother and I left deeply disappointed—and after 20+ years of support, that’s a truly unfortunate ending to what was once a...
