Bend XPO — Local services in East Moline

I purchased $35 ticket for two day event. They only accept cash! The wristbands are not hypoallergenic and I cannot wear them on my wrist. I put it in my purse, but I lost it inside the arena at the end of the first day. I spoke to the management if they can do something about it and they refused to...I was told I had to purchase another $35 ticket and that there is a “policy” all over the place about wrist bands...there is not even one paper anywhere in the entire place nor do they state anything about the wristband “policy” at the entrance. There is not even a ‘lost and found’ area for someone to possibly turn it in! I asked them how many people did they even have to approach them about the same issue...after a long pause, the answer was 2!..really..hmmm....they wouldn’t even work with me; offer me a discount, something...there are competitions the next day and I can't just drod off a minor child there by themselves for all-day event...The service I received from management...

Medium-sized XPO facility attached to MyPlace hotel (walkway connects the two).

Large enough for 8 volleyball courts and ample seating for spectators.

Food ‘court’ with many options, reasonable prices and great customer service. Eating area with several tables.

Vendor area, extra rooms for event staff, officials or coaches lounge. Large entrance, a ton of parking spaces with wheelchair accessibility.

I've only attended 1 event so far at this location but it was a nice place. I attended the car show in January 2022 and I was surprised that the building was as big as it was. From the outside it looks small but once inside it's definitely much larger. It was clean and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Food court area offered a good variety of options and they have a concession for alcoholic...
