DO NOT MOVE HERE. Where to start.... My girlfriend lives here, the luxury feel lasted about 2 months. The fees make your rent $200+ more.. $55 benefit package (they send you an air filter lol), pet fee $50, storm water $40, $4 conservice fee, $37 fee for trash. The trash used to be valet trash where they would come pick it up outside of your door. Which made the large fee make a little bit of sense but it recently got cancelled. We still have to pay the $37 fee though. Such a joke. That is one thing that still gave it a "luxury" feel. The "heated" pool was open for 3 months. It was heated the first week and that was it. The last week it was freezing cold. If they are going to say it's heated atleast heat it and keep it open longer. They asked everyone to keep their air conditioners set to high 70's in the middle of summer. The balcony's/patios are completely covered in dirt and dust. Which we have tried to clean for it just to get dirty again the next day. You can hear EVERY footstep above you in this place to the point that your apartment shakes. The people above her sound like they are wearing wooden clogs and walk back and forth at all hours of the day and night. Hearing the construction crew before 7AM everyday is annoying but that is the least of the problems here. I recommend looking elsewhere. It is not worth the $2000+ rent price tag. There are nicer places in the area. We thought this place was going to be so nice and it's been a huge...
Read moreA pathetic excuse for "luxury apartments". Absolutely pathetic. I've lived here for 1 month and every single day I have crickets and other bugs in my apartment. I'm very clean and tidy, this shouldn't happen. Maybe its because they haven't mowed the grass in 3 weeks. Grass is over 12 inches long in some spots as of today 8/13/25. My upstairs neighbor walks around like he's wearing bricks for shoes. In one month I've submitted countless noise complaints for the neighbors to honor quiet hours and it never works. Problem is, it feels like they built this 4 story hunk of junk out of cardboard. Every appliance is cheap cheap cheap. The property managers stopped responding to my complaints weeks ago. Shall I go on? The walls are bowed (poor building), the water pressure is laughable, the appliances look nice and new but are the cheapest pieces of spit I've ever seen, you have to buy your own blinds for the sliding glass doors, and more. This is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. They're asking nearly 2K for a 2 bedroom that would be worth 1100 at best. Shiny appliances don't constitute that kind of monthly rent. I've been miserable living here and I regret ever signing the lease. READ THE LEASE BTW! THAT'S A JOKE TOO! They only care about the money...
Read moreI love it here. Minus the screws I’ve found in my tires and had to patch and the neighbors who think it’s ok to smoke from their balconies with no consideration for my little ones who like the fresh air into our space. What’s worst, the hvac sucks the smoky air from outside and brings it right back in either way. Those are just some cons.
The pros: I love my space and the layout of the apartment. Chris, the maintenance guy has been reassuring and takes care of anything that goes wrong in a timely manner. I like that we have a pool and a hangout area. My kids love going in for a hot chocolate ever so often. The price isn’t bad for what you get. Now after the promotion is up, I’m not sure if I can say the same, but as of now, I’m content. The view from my apartment is breath taking. The natural light that shoots into our space is amazing. Having 2 bathrooms is nice when we have guests. I can go on and on. The pros definitely...
