Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest — Local services in East Pennsboro Township

The pumpkin fest used to be so much fun and a really enjoyable experience for our family. However, for the last 2-3 years we have enjoyed it less and less. This year was by far the worst. To have 4 entire parking lots devoted to handicapped vehicles only is completely insane to me. Two of the lots were completely empty while people were struggling to find parking. There seemed to be alot of "junk" vendors. Very much like a flea market. Food vendors were expensive, as expected, and not worth it. Shuttle was a great idea. I saw 1 vendor that had pumpkin rolls other than that, no pumpkins. The idea is good and I am sure the crowds helped some vendors but I didn't see many people buying. Most were just walking around. It seems like Pumpkin Fest is missing something. Pumpkins! Too many people packed in and too few arts & crafts vendors. It was a beautiful day so maybe turn out was more than usual.
