Absolutely horrible experience. My grandfather bought gravel to have delivered to my house for a project he was working on. He asked that they call him before they delivered it so he could be there to help navigate the drop off. They did not call him and delivered around 7pm. It was fine I was home and had know clue what to really do. I just showed the driver where my grandpa wanted the gravel placed. The dump truck ended up getting stuck in my backyard. It made a huge mess but that wasn’t my problem accidents happen. The driver then informed me that his boss wanted me to call a tow truck. The driver mentioned how uncomfortable he was asking. I felt really bad but it also felt wrong to call a tow truck because I thought companies handle that themselves. I asked if his boss could call and talk to me. This is where the problems happen. The boss was had an attitude right from the start and was extremely rude. He said it wasn’t his problem the truck got stuck it never was supposed to be off the driveway. I had no idea and not sure why the driver didn’t tell me that. He stated that I needed to call a tow truck or be stuck with the truck in my yard. I asked if I should call the driver an Uber and he hung up on me. I understand unfortunate circumstances and miscommunication happen. But how a company handles them and with what customer service they provide is important to me and also how they treat there employees.Apparently this is the boss who owns the whole company so no one can hold his poor customer service and rude attitude accountable . Well, she was VERY RUDE when I was paying. First of all when I ask for meat, AND SHE ANSWER ON HER MOOD, so RUDE and NO POLITE AT ALL. When I came to the register, she took her time to come, she was NOT DOING anything and she saw us in the line but I guess she just does not want to work over there. Well that is NOT MY PROBLEM or any other customer problem, RIGHT? But we ask for a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, wich MEANS to BE POLITE and FRIENDLY. But no....she was just THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a store. Her way to ask: INSIDE or OUTSIDE? What is this mean? She saw me inside all the time. Just 3 words? She has to explain. I came for the first time and she gave me THAT ATTITUDE!!!... I was shocked so I stayed quite, then she WAS ANGRY and with ZERO PATIENCE AT ALL, she said DOESN'T MATTER!! How possible is it to have someone who are interacting with people if has NO PATIENCE, NOT Polite Nor kind during a conversation with the customers? I don't care if she is young or she had a bad day. I DON'T CARE! THIS IS HER JOB! So WORK APPROPRIATELY!! IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK, THEN HIRE OTHER EMPLOYEE WHO REALLY WANTS AND DESERVES IT!
