At first they rush you to finish the application. Then if you donāt they call you saying if you donāt finish the lease today they are raising the rates. The leasing agents lied to my girlfriend and I. They told me if I got a co-signed for the apartment we would of been approved. After begging my father to sign it he finally agreed to, even though initially he didnāt want to. Then the credit company says they rejected my dads income even though after his bills he has like 2,000 left over. The leasing agent then tells me they want a co-signed who makes 5 to 6 times more then the rent. So they want someone who makes at least 75,000 a year to co-sign. So my girlfriend calls them to ask why we werenāt told about the minimum income requirement and Maggie begins to laugh at her saying well your boyfriend never came in when he did the application, because I did the application because itās easier then stopping in and because, you know, I have a job. Then Maggie says well your boyfriend called me a lot. So which is it, you say I never came in to ask the question but then you make a comment because I called a lot asking questions about the application and co-signer. I did ask Maggie and Annette if my dad provided his income and credit would we get approved as long as his credit is fine. They both told me yes. Then she tells my girlfriend that they have approved other people whoās co-signers have made similar income before. So she asks well why canāt you approve us then and Maggie couldnāt give her an answer she kept trying to change the subject. Finally, she says itās the credit company that rejected my father so we told her that the apartment complex has final say on approving us and she says no even though the letter from the credit company says the apartment complex does. Also when my gf and I were told we needed a co-signed, based on our credit which we understand, the letter, from the credit company says, you need a guarantor or put more down on the security deposit. However Annette says no you just need a guarantor. I think they only wanted my 160.00 bucks for the credit check. They had no intention of signing my girlfriend, her mom, and I because we arenāt upper middle class. Thanks for getting my girlfriend and I hopes up. We are currently homeless and we were excited when we were told if we got a co-signer weād be approved. Thanks for lying to me...

Over the summer (2018), my boyfriend and I began noticing an ant problem. Handfuls of ants were crawling all over our pantry, kitchen table, sink, and floors. They were getting into everything, in our food and even our water, and we couldnāt figure out why. We deep cleaned our kitchen but nothing. It was truly disgusting and disturbing to see these ants swim in our Brita filter and gathering around the rim of jars.
We complained and the apartment complex sent an exterminator, but the problem never ceased. We finally realized these clusters of ants were pouring out of our sink pipe, which led to the infestation in our kitchen. It got so bad we decided to move.
The worst part was that after moving, they had the nerve to charge us fees for handing in an apartment with ādamages,ā allowing them to keep our $250 deposit, while also charging $100 more on top of that. I didnāt trust them and had a feeling this would happen, so I took photos of the conditions I returned my apartment in. They were clearly nitpicking, seeking any excuse possible to pocket the money. Itās just unbelievable after the living conditions we were put through.
They donāt take responsibility and will take your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took a star off. I've been here for almost 2 years now and for the most part its been good, but lately, I've been having issues with communication with maintenance. At first, I just let it go, because I understand my apartment isnt the only one, but the lack of communication if they run into an issue like needing to order a part or come back later has gotten worse, they just don't show up or don't call to update me on the matter. A day or 2 later they show up. If I call for an update, I get the run around. Not happy at all.
I've been here for 2 weeks and so far I like it alot. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood and I made sure to pick an apt that faced the woods because I wanted more privacy. The balcony is large and although you can hear noise from other apartments, the sound is muted which means thicker walls and floors.
When I first moved in, Susan told me to do an inspection and let her know if I had any issues. I did. The oven's heating ring was broken and maintenance came within 20 minutes to fix it. That was the quickest time maintenance has ever responded compared to other Apts I've stayed at. Will have to update as I get settled in, but so far, I'm glad I chose...
