Walgreens — Local services in Eastlake

Updating my review: Pharmacy doesn’t actually have staff? Just randomly closed for the day with no warning because they “forgot to schedule” a pharmacist. Seriously, this place is pathetic.

Pharmacy hours do not match hours posted on the website or Google.

Pharamcy techs are almost always rude, the most recent one especially so. This is a play by play of our interaction.

I have continuously had issues at this particular Walgreens in many aspects of the store. The pharmacy has given incorrect information over the phone as well as in person for my son's medication. That information changes each time I've asked. It also changes depending on which associate I ask. It has cost our family money that apparently could have transferred to the other Walgreens in Willoughby and been free. The photos have consistently had issues, in fact I'm currently holding onto 16 4x6 photos that I'll need reprinted yet again. Good luck picking any photography up. Most of the time I have to just hang around the photo counter hoping to be noticed, or I have to wander around the store hoping to find an employee that can help. I would recommend heading south on route 91 to the other Walgreens in order to avoid dealing...

I ran in last week to get baby food. The older woman at the front register was nice. BUT, some young girl came up to the front. After the older woman called for help with the line. She didn’t speak back, had an attitude and left my bag sitting in the bag holder. Then moved to the next person. I was in a rush so I just left out. I knew I was giving a review anyways.
