I had an experience in the store yesterday to where there were two people causing commotion, I came with them, but I had no involvement in any of that and I also told the two people that they need to stop because it’s disrespectful to the store. A store employee named Juan sat there and told me y’all are gonna get banned and I said for what I did nothing wrong and he kept saying you’re gonna get banned and I said, but I didn’t do anything. I’m not them. I am my own person. And he continued to be very disrespectful to me. I then told him that if you have issues with other people you need to go to them as an employee and let them know you don’t go through me and be disrespectful to a woman. I feel as though he could’ve handled the situation a lot better instead of being disrespectful to me. He wants to claim that I’m gonna be banned for something I didn’t do and that shouldn’t be allowed at any store. I’ve been a manager for companies and that’s not how it works. Also, their assistant manager, Bobby has tried banning her own cousin for living with someone, and she told a lot of employees that she was banning him for that which I think personal issues should remain personal. She also said some slur words about me when I was not in the store and I am a customer and have lived here almost all of my life and have never had any issues. I feel as though they need to fire and rehire people at that location. I also walk in and the store is completely destroyed as a manager. You have the obligation to sit there and clean up your store as well and they just sit there and stand around there’s only a few employees that work there that actually do something. I was truly disappointed in my shopping experience here today. First time I ever witnessed an employee turn down an elderly customer!! OMGOSH, I just couldn't believe my ears and eyes!! I love this place because the manager always tries to please her customers and always speaks to them in a pl6 way. She is always professional when dealing with her customers. She and her employee5 are well trained. They work...
