Family Dollar — Local services in Eastport

This store gave me a lifeline! We tried to get food at the Old Sow Grill but we never got served. Walked out. iGA was already closed and Family Dollar was closing in 20 minutes. Got over there fast and ran to the TV dinners! Found myself a Hungry Man boneless fried chicken with mash potatoes and even a brownie! Omg it’s been over 20 years since I’ve had one??? I didn’t know they still made them! Grabbed canned dog food for my doggie while I was there ( hard to find elsewhere). The bf got the Marie’s pot pie! The Hungry man should be called Hungry Girl! I ate it all and I’m happy! lol. Thank you Family Dollar for staying open! Lady working the cashier was also so sweet...

Quick & easy shopping, the employee's are helpful & friendly. The only complaint I have is after the recent renovation (which is nice, I really do like the new layout) is the new shopping🛒carts that have a really long pole that doesn't clear the doorway🚪🛒🚫 & isn't removable & you have to park & unload your bags @ the door🚪 lug to your vehicle instead of being able to unload your shopping @ your vehicle. So if your getting a bunch of stuff, I recommend parking as close to the door so you don't have to make multiple trips👣👣 across the lot. IT'S JUST A STUPID INCONVENIENCE ON THE CUSTOMERS, JUST SO THE EMPLOYEES DON'T HAVE TO BRING...

I find it very displeasing when I go into add money to my cash app card to find they no longer do so because of what scams well it's a legit bank card n just because a few have found a way to scam it doesn't mean all of us are so we all need to pay the price for a few bad well fig out a way to do it because unlike alot of places that have alot of stores n banks where I am literally has only a family dollar n a gas station n that's it n one bank.
