I have been to this store several times. Every single time I have had a different issue. Today I tried to speak with the proprietor about my issues, and he advised me to "go to Calais or Machias" so you can see how much they care about their local customers.

The first time, I purchased a selection of dabs. Due to the opaque dab container design I couldn't see what I was purchasing, and it turned out that one of the dab containers they sold to me was completely empty.

The second time, I brought back the empty dab container, and they did replace it for me. But after getting home and reviewing what they had given me, it was a different assortment of items than I had ordered.

The third time (today), I went in and wanted to take a look at the dabs inside their opaque containers, to see how liquid vs solid the concentrates were and verify that they did in fact contain product. They would not allow me to take a look at the items I intended to purchase, did not receive my feedback on dab container design well, and instead advised me to take my business elsewhere if I was dissatisfied.

It's also worth noting that on each occasion I have visited, there have been children inside the storefront, audibly playing inside the store room behind the show room, and I have seen customers bringing their infants and children inside with them. While I haven't seen evidence that the proprietors are providing cannabis to minors, it's still sketchy to have minors playing inside a 21+ age...

Came the other day with an out of state med card. The lady seemed confused and not interested in helping me get the meds i needed. My card has been accepted by many other places in the state of Maine, but im not sure if it was the color of my skin and or my age that seemed to deter the woman at the front desk. I have never been treated this rudely in my life. If i could zero stars i would. Being ignorant to how your state runs it MMJ...
