English language is not strong enough to convey my extreme disappointment. My fiancee bought me the most beautiful ring here. The day he proposed we realized it was missing a diamond. They repaired my ring. Two weeks later the same diamond is missing again. I highly suspect shoddy workmanship. I will update once we know their plans to make this right. Well here is the update... On top of refusing to fix my ring she told Larry she may leave my company that she has NEVER ordered from or done business with a bad review. We will take my ring to a jeweler elsewhere...

I took an old cherished chime clock to Carnahans to see if they could do some needed maintainance... So I cant comment on their quality of work yet but they are professionals who I enjoyed talking with about my project and other ideas about it going forward...I am sure my final rating will...
