Ordered a card through them via their online tcgplayer storefront. The card arrived damaged due to poor packing. After reviewing photos of the product they admitted to packing the card poorly but then only offered a partial refund of $5 as an MP card because I didn’t contact them within a two day window. They even condescendingly tried to suggest that they were being generous in telling me “Normally our system would price a MP at $4 less than the NM so we wanted to issue $5 which is more.” Never mind that some of us have busy lives and writing an email about a damaged trading card might not be the most important thing on to do on a given day. Walked into the small shop, fairly nice packed with lots of gaming knickknacks, toys, dice cards, etc. we asked to look at some cards and when I tried to take them out of the top loaders, they said no please don’t take them out which was suspicious and then no, don’t take them out of the sleeve which was a Second red flag. we get home after driving three hours to find out the mew that we bought from them is fake they had it marked as LP, which means they had to have a looked at it out of the sleeve, being in a penny sleeve. Terrible place. Do yourself a favor and simply google anything they have for sale in the entire store and you will find it 30% cheaper online or at your local Walmart especially with MTG. Tried to sell some Pokémon cards and they didn’t even offer the floor price of value. Sold them at another shop in Kettering for 5 times the amount. Wish I was exaggerating.
