Ordered a card through them via their online tcgplayer storefront. The card arrived damaged due to poor packing. After reviewing photos of the product they admitted to packing the card poorly but then only offered a partial refund of $5 as an MP card because I didn’t contact them within a two day window. They even condescendingly tried to suggest that they were being generous in telling me “Normally our system would price a MP at $4 less than the NM so we wanted to issue $5 which is more.” Never mind that some of us have busy lives and writing an email about a damaged trading card might not be the most important thing on to do on a given day.
