Very very disappointed. Not what I expected at all. You write the things you need on the list for nothing. Very disrectful said we only had 30 minutes to grab what we need and get out, didn't matter if we had everything or not. The guy wouldn't let me see my list, kept saying grab whatever you want. All the dressers were upstairs, we needed 2 night stands and 2 dressers as stated on my list and the guy didn't let us, we came home with 2 small dressers. With the long list I had, cause my place is empty, I only came home with 6 decent items. They hardly had anything, and if they did, they had it hiding. I seen a beautiful desser that I need for my room and they wouldn't let me take it. I needed to twins, they said they ain't had any so I had to take a queen, another guy came out with two twins and the guy with my list said no. We had so much pressure on us cause of all the rushing, literally on top of us telling us to hurry up and get out. Very unorganized and irresponsible, this place is very messy. Spending $150 in this place is not worth it at all. All they want is your money and to rip you off. Please save yourself time and...

You would think that this organization are there to help people. To be honest with you I think the people that work there are just there for their pay...forget about the people that are needy. I had a perfectly good refrigerator that was supposed to be picked up. They were scheduled to come between the hours of 9 - 1200. They called my wife at 930 to tell her that they would be at the house by 1000. Well that time came and left with a no show. She called the driver and he told her that he was on his way and would be there by 1200. Again they never showed up. She called up and the administrators gave her some cocktail and bull story about mix up with paper work. All a lie. It' seems a shame that you have these people running this organization. Gsh we were trying to do the right thing by donating. Again I pity the people who are really in need. Some one will not have a great refrigerator. Don't waste your time unless you want to be aggravated.I also forgot to mentioned that my wife scheduled this pickup of our refrigerator approximately 3 weeks...

I’m rating it a star because their boutique African worker is very disrespectful. I am a student at Valencia and worked for adventhealth and she has the nerve to make smart remarks and comments every time I walk into the store. I tried to speak with the white lady that claims she is the manager and she did nothing about the situation the first time so she continued to bullied me because I am in the program. My daughters Christian school and the program I graduated from at public Partnertships sponsors this program so I should get the respect I deserve. I shop here also to contribute. Someone needs to address this young lady’s attitude or get her fired ASAP!! She has no ethics or professionalisms whatsoever.Not to mention every time I went there there were other customers complaining about her ghetto attitude as well. I wish all of those people came together with me to get that disrespectful uneducated * fired. Next time I am going to go and record on my phone all the disrespectful stuff she does and say to...
