I bought a vape there month and half ago. 2 weeks ago it just quit working. After trying all the troubleshooting I called for any other ideas. I was asked to wait while a sale was finished up. It took quite some time and i could hear random conversation. Then when she came back on the phone and I thought she was listening to me all the sudden I hear her giggle and say something that was muffled then goodbye to somebody. Then she said oh sorry.. so how can I help u? I then started over and told her what was going on. The response was..."I'm not sure what to tell u accept go to their website and see what they can do". When I explained I had nothing and relied on bussing and asked if someone could take a look at it if I came down; the response was. "I suppose I could check it out but it sounds like u have already tried everything I would try but yea I guess if u wanna come in". The whole conversation was very unprofessional. This is not the first vapor I have bought there. I've brought business to them and buy coils and juice frequently. With that said ... I was unable to make it in that day and made it in today. I'm from Oregon. In that state my child was allowed to come into the shop with me. With that said. Yes it's on me I didnt check out state law here. We walked to enjoy the day and came specifically to water street so I could stop in and see bout fixing the vape or I was going to purchase another. B4 I even reached the counter I was asked if we all had our ID. My friend was with me as well. I started that "I" did. B4 I could even say anything further or inquire if my son was an issue being with me and could go outside with my friend...I was VERY RUDELY informed that we needed to leave and nothing could be sold to me as there was no way to verify if I was purchasing for my child. I'd like to intensely clarify... I'm not upset bout the law ..rules ...regs and so on OR being made aware of them I'm extremely upset about how I was approached and the way and tone I was spoken at. Not to but at. Very very rudely notified and when I got upset and told her they lost my business the girl snottily said... yea... well... whatever! Horrible customer service... this girl. There is one other woman who works there. She's wonderful.. Unfortunately... I will never go back because of this one girl. Wish I knew her first name. Oh yea... and when I called bout five mins after I left asking for the owners name... she again... very rudely...told me she couldn't tell me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood selection, but they require you to take your id card out of the itty bitty teeny wenie little window pocket in your wallet to make any purchase. Why would they do this you may ask, it's so they can scan it like you can't tell by the date and picture if a person is of age or not I'm clearly old enough and still had to struggle with my id for about as long as I was shopping. I most likely will not return for any future vape needs I have. Sorry guys but 2 is all I can give you.

The door was locked before 10pm (closing time.) The employee there saw me pull on the door and just shook his head "no" at me multiple times.
