I highly recommend Alex at Chefresh! Alex was referred to our company when I was searching for a caterer for a small group event of 16. Alex and I spoke by phone and I described what we were looking for, within a few hours, she had a sample menu prepared with serval ideas and sent it to me. It all sounded amazing amd I asked her to select 4 appetizers that she thought would work well together. Communication was thoughtful and professional as we prepared for the event and everything went as planned. Alex is amazing! I found her online and we connected instantly. She totally got what I was asking for and was very accommodating for my guests that have very specific food preferences. She was on time and prepared and even adjusted for our sitting down to dinner timing. Her steaks were perfection… and believe me I have very picky foodie friends! Alex catered our small wedding reception and did a fantastic job. We had one celiac (gluten free) guest and four vegan guests but the rest of the 28 attendees were "regular." Alex made an amazingly delicious meal that didn't leave anyone deprived.

We had ribs and chicken as well as a lentil loaf for the vegans. Everything (except the bread) was gluten free. The guests raved about how good it was, not at all like wedding food usually is. Alex was also professional and friendly to our attendees.
