This place is a hidden gem. They are a smallish hole in the wall with small prices to match. The cables they have are very good quality. The quality is at least as good and prices far cheaper than anything you can get in a best buy , Wal-Mart, microcenter etc. Not to mention many of the things they have are hard to find items that you basically have to resort to online sources. For instance I got a serial ds9 female to male adapter. You're not going to hop into Wal-Mart and pick that up. Also they have shielded cat-6 ends, which work great for my shielded cat-7 cable. When I test it with my Klein Scout it comes up that it's shielded. The Cat-6 ends at say Home Depot are more expensive and do not have any shielding. They also have coax cable, ready made Ethernet cables, phone charging cables, and adapters galore. It's a great place to go if you need any specialty cable, are a tech like me and want to load up on adapters and such, or simply just want to save money and get some quality products. Agree with other buyers. The rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. Even the manager hanged up on me because their canker is defective and doesn't work. I paid $147 for a 50 feet hdmi cable and expecting it to work. But it doesn't and they refuse to send to pay for the return because it's not their fault. Dud. Very upsetting experience in returning the expensive lemon cable that doesn't work! I paid a premium price to get a good quality cable and good customer service if the cable doesn't work. Very nice little store. I used in store pickup for an online order and it was super easy to get my order. As they mention on their website their order emails might get caught in spam filters so check there if you didn't see your order confirmation or pick up notice. Their store is available for regular shopping if you are looking for something fairly common, otherwise use their web site to have them pick less common items from the warehouse for you.
