I retained this law firm following an Uber-related injury, expecting strong representation and guidance. Unfortunately, I did not feel my case was handled with the care or expertise it required. From the beginning, I made my situation and medical needs clear, yet I consistently felt that the seriousness of my condition was not reflected in the firm’s efforts or communication. Over the course of nearly half a year, i had not spoken to my attorney on the phone once(except when signing on with them).

One concern I had was the apparent lack of experience with Uber or hearing-related personal injury cases, despite the firm’s public advertising of such services. A staff member (Paralegal Brittany Whitmore) who happens to have the same name as one reviewer... directly told me it was their first time working on a case like mine, which was concerning given the complexity involved.

There were also issues related to provider coordination. I had to assist the firm in finding a medical facility that would work under a Letter of Protection (LOP), and I ultimately made a long trip to a provider who ended up unable to treat me—something that should have been verified in advance by the firm.

Not long after expressing my concerns, I was dropped as a client without a clear explanation. It felt as though my case was minimized, and I was seen as a file number instead of a person whose life was seriously impacted.

If your injury involves long-term or complex medical issues, I recommend proceeding with caution. Based on my experience, I believe the firm would benefit from improved client communication, case evaluation, and overall follow-through.
