My work PC went down on Sunday night. Tried everything I could to get it going. But nothing was working and it wouldn't boot up. I brought it here and he took a look at it, it booted up (because my computer hates me apparently) and he went through, installed the updates, found the cause of some random unrelated error messages i was getting, and even cleaned the dust our. On top of this, he told me since he didn't really have to work on it, I didn't owe him anything. Tom and crew were very good, knowledgeable, and worked with me to and through the end. Cameras ended up needing to be moved and was not an issue what so ever (no extra charges). All problems experienced were worked through and no loose ends were left, even after I had paid. Camera quality is superior and system is user friendly. Trusting the job will get done is no issue with TBM!...
