Deposit of $565 paid on Feb 20, last email was almost 2 months ago that she'd be able to get my polos done that week but still didn't know where to get the hats from an order we originally started discussing back in January, 4 months ago. No reply to my numerous emails following up you ask if I can pick the polos up yet or could I get a refund so I could order elsewhere. Kylene is super nice so I feel bad leaving a negative review, and she obviously gets work done for some people. But communication has been spotty at best. I was out of town for 2 months for work, and originally hoped to have everything done before I left. Then hoped to have everything done when I got back, now I'm just hoping to get my money back at some point but guess I'll probably have to take legal action at this point. The hats were meant to be a fundraiser for my nonprofit, glad I didn't sell any in advance or I'd be out the cc processing fees having to return everyone's money. She never mentioned she was having a hard time getting the hats, she's the one that recommended the brand, I would have gone with another option that was available to order and ship. And where are my polos if she supposedly got them in? At one point she said they had arrived but had to inventory them to make sure what came in is what she ordered, but I never heard back if there was an issue or the order was correct. If you want crooked embroidery, embroidery that looks like a child did it, inconsistency and an owner with a defensive attitude an unwilling to make it right, this is the place for you. Also screen printing that is crooked, un-cenetered and distorted. But owner's excuse was "she was used to printing plumbers shirts!" Also had someone I told about this bad quality work, tell me the owner Laura spelled "jewelry" wrong on her embroidery and when she pointed it out, owner was very defensive! I can’t say enough good things about this business and the owner. She has done multiple things for me over the past couple years both for personal and my business and everything has been amazing !
