Dropped off 4 shirts on a Tuesday to have embroidered with small logos on the chest, she was nice and said they’d be done the following week. I waited until after 2 weeks had past and reached out to her (since I hadn’t heard anything and she never texted me) to get a status update. She hadn’t even started the shirts and said she was behind schedule. Then the following week I reached out AGAIN and she didn’t reply and left me on read. My boyfriend called from a different number and she answered on the first ring. At this point we were going on a month and we said we’d just come get the shirts and didn’t want to use her services anymore. She replied with “I can start them right now and have them done by tomorrow.” Are you kidding me?! I was furious, I shouldn’t have to be the one to reach out to you. Linda was extremely helpful getting us out of a pinch. We needed a backpack embroidered as part of a local nonprofit sports organization. After the project fell through with another embroidery shop (they could no longer meet the one week turnaround time we had needed, after promising to have it done the next day), I called Linda (now with a 3 day turnaround time needed). She was extremely responsive and had it done the next day! We have been getting the same item embroidered yearly with our logo and a name from other shops as an award and it turned out better than any year prior. We will be using them again in the future.
