When my daughter suggested I try LT Nails, I wondered how I had not heard of them before. The salon is located a few doors down from Snuffy’s in Edina. Throughout my appointment, I was impressed with the salon's cleanliness and the attention to detail of my technician and all staff. The environment was welcoming, friendly, and generally happy. In many ways, I felt that they appreciated my business. The customers shared stories with me of coming to Lisa and Tony for several years because of the quality and cleanliness. What was also apparent was the relationship. I've been back for subsequent appointments for myself and my daughter. First and last time here as a customer. Went with a group for a friend's birthday so they were rushed. Nails were filed but nothing else done prep-wise before acrylic nails were glued on. Within 4 days acrylics started detaching and 3 fell off all together. Requested that they be redone but they refused and insisted that we would have to pay near full price to have them fixed because we weren't able to come in within their policy period. We explained that the manicure was done just before we left on vacation, out of the country, and called the day we returned. Owner/manager was extremely rude. No desire to return there or refer anyone to this nail salon. There are many other better, more customer service oriented places...

My first time getting a pedicure here and Max did an outstanding job! I don't get anything special - I don't even do polish - so it's very easy for me to see how well my toenails get trimmed and shaped as there is nothing covering them up such as polish. I'm almost always disappointed with how my toenails look after I get a pedicure; it feels like they don't care unless you're spending $80+ dollars. I don't have that kind of budget nor would I spend it in that way because I only get pedicures to keep my toenails healthy and in good shape.
