Our first time coming to the play structure. Google maps took us to the parking lot for the Waterpark. There is another parking lot adjacent to the play area, FYI, just keep driving around the north side. The park itself: nicely shaded, benches scattered throughout, a tot area with sand! and diggers!, 2 mom-n-baby swings, 2 accessible swings, 2 "regular" swings, a climbing area (12 feet, give-or-take) 4-way tetter-totter, a handicap accessible play structure. It is so accessible our 22 month old made it to the top of the tallest slide and down by herself about 5 minutes after arriving. Our 10 and 8 year old mostly played on the zip line and the spinner that you hang from (is there a name for that?), they got a little bored after an hour. There are public bathrooms between the park and Waterpark entrance, we didn't find any water fountains that worked. On the way home the kids rated it a "...good park because its new..." and they...
Read moreDISC GOLF REVIEW Very unconventional course, which on its surface isn’t a bad thing. However, the course is hard to follow, and led me to believe there is only 5 holes until I walked through the entire park, because it’s split apart on two sides of the course. Linear as well, so you will have to walk back across this entire course once you play your 9. The first 5 holes are relatively fun and easy to find, although without tee directions there was a little wondering aimlessly, the back 4 were even harder to locate, and had trees scattered everywhere in a way that it was impossible to ignore regardless of how you play. The only pros I can think of is it was easy to find your disc, grass well maintained, and there were weren’t many people here, EXCEPT for other park goers and dogs that you have to watch for, and sometimes have to wait for them/ask them to move because they will be picnicking/ playing with their pets in the middle...
