The first photo is what I left with tonight the second is what they advertise. I’ve gotten the raspa before rainbow and all and I enjoyed it but my second visit for it was just crunchy unflavored ice. Even after returning not even 5 mins after with hopes of a refund or exchange no initiative was taken just more syrup added making it even worse and leaving me without my money back!!

Believe me when I say it took no time to realize their product was bad no ice was melted (maybe it had been 10 mins since we ordered the raspa but from the time we had to wait for them to deliver to us outside we never left the spot and went straight back inside) Obviously the ice wasn’t melted to the exaggeration they believe it doesn’t require a refund. Obviously unsatisfied with the quality of it I wanted some sort of compensation whether my cash back or compensation. It was straight out denied I can guarantee if there was any sort of cooperation it would’ve helped.

One of the employees before stated she had never tried the raspas there and had I believe her manager come. (Keep in mind they kept saying “the recipe hasn’t changed” but they don’t even know how it’s supposed to taste?) Everyone knows it’s just ice and syrup what had changed from the last time I got it was their execution of it. What I had gotten was hard ice hurting my teeth and no taste of flavor. I trusted them when they said adding more syrup would help but what I got back was a black still hard to eat mess. Even after I said thank you I looked to see the employee had storm off to the back with no care to see if we were satisfied and when i went to look it was downright disrespectful handing us that believing it was worth my money. Please do not go here they act like they care to help customers and their needs but in the moment where it matters the customer must never be...

It's very disappointing buying a product with high expectations and met with poor presentation and distasteful customer service. I would rather support a business that cares at least about making things right with their customers instead of hiding your mistakes and flaunting the unneeded business.
