Driftwood State Fishing Area — Local services in Edinburgh

My Husband and I love Driftwood! On our first visit we caught 10 bluegill, 6 channel catfish and three turtles. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. However, the only downside is there is no restroom facilities available for visitors. So don't be surprised if you see people whipping it out and taking care of business on trees and bushes around the lake. The Dollar General across the street from the lake does not have public...

First time out here. Very nice place to relax and throw in a line. The highway is a little noisy but after 20 or 30 minutes you don't hear it anymore. Low review is because of the trash and seems to be pretty fished out. I'll definitely come back and give her another go. Maybe try some...

Great place to fish. You can literally drive around 3/4 of the lake unencumbered. There's a dead end, so you'll have to turn around eventually, but access points abound and you're bound to find a great spot. I caught three fish today all largemouth bass. I was here...
