Krauszer's Food Store — Local services in Edison

I go to Krauser's every morning on my way to work because the coffee is great, always fresh, and hot and the manager and staff are genuinely friendly and concerned for their customers. When they greet you and ask how you are, they really want to know. I feel that I am meeting friends when I walk through the door.

The store is always clean and well-stocked. In addition to fresh bananas, hardrolls, and bagels, the breakfast sandwiches are huge, freshly made from real eggs - not the processed stuff you get at most fast food establishments - and delicious. Recently purchased a bread packet from this store and when I opened the packet and tossed some of the breads. While eating realized it has different taste then checked the packet , it had fungus and bread was smelling nasty. I did check expiry date and it was not expired so went to store to return it. Staff in the store start arguing you would have left bread out of fridge etc. and didn’t return. Sometime, I think we should support our local business but this type of attitude bring me down and make me believe going to other big stores who respect customer complain and...
