Night check in gate staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They claimed that the pickup (0400) number we had was incorrect. It was one digit off on our information from their paperwork, but the number we had was also there, two lines down from the one they wanted. Gate staff said "we know which load you have, but we can't give it to you." We called our company dispatch and confirmed our numbers with theirs. Back and forth with dispatch and gate staff continued to refuse to give us the load, but no one would pick up the phone for dispatch either. Eventually our company told us to leave with our equipment and come back in the morning if necessary. We picked up our empty and were headed out the gate. When we attempted to leave, the gate staff finally admitted to "just messing with us" and "didn't think we'd actually leave". At this point we had been here nearly 2 hours and had less than 2 hours on the 14 to send info to company, scale, and get to safe, legal parking. Very unprofessional way to treat a driver who has been working this job for nearly 3 years and remained calm during this exchange. We are not here for your amusement. We are working. We have a job to do, and you prevented us from doing it tonight. Our company may be cancelling their contract with you because of your nonsense. Night gate staff should all be fired and people hired who know how to treat other...

Im be there yesterday for an appointment by 18:00 then i arrive 15:00. When the security guard coming to me told me that my reefer needs to be 3/4 tank of diesel and need a washout( my trailer is clean i sweep before ) so i go to flynj close by put diesel and blue beacon do the washout. So coming back around 18:30 pm drop my trailer they call me 7:30 am (12 hours)to told me that was finish now my delivery appointment was loose in my end 😭 plus the security do not give the BOLS WITH THE TIME IN AND OUT THEY REFUSE TO PUT THE HOURS TO GET PAID MY DETENTION BE ALERT OF THIS COMPANY

ESTA COMPAŃIA NO SIRVE ESPERE 12 horas para cargarme me exigieron lavar el trailer cuando yo mismo lo barri antes de llegar y estaba limpio me exigieron el tanque de diesel del reefer a 3/4 o mas en fin solte el trailer a las 6:30pm y lo recogi 7:30 am NO VENGAN A RECOGER AQUI NADA ESTO NO SIRVE NO COLOCAN LAS HORAS DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA EN LOS PAPELES PARA Q NO LE PUEDAS...

Everything is good except one thing that is frustrating for any trucker and that is the main issue " time" they don't take much time but excessive time. As you have already unhooked your trailer to the spot number you were givrn at the check in. So you have no idea that off loading has been done or still in the process or they have not touched it. Technically, after dropping off ths trailer you are totally dependent on the their phone call, which certainly takes a very long time.as bob tail you can park right infront of the office building. In the building there is a driver's lounge. Microwave, vending machine are there, two very clean restrooms are there. Before checking in,slide your tendoms all the way back. Otherwise they will not allow you to enter.upon checking in you will be allocated a spot number where you have to drop youf trailer. Paperwork will...
