If I could give this place a zero star I would. The check in and out process is way to slow. Slower than any other place I have been too. They need to develop a faster way to check us truckers in and out. They have a person with tablet walking up the line to pre-check us in, yet get to the gard shake and still have to wait forever just to get drop and hook locations. What's the point of pre-check in if it still do not speed up the process at the gard shack. Then the check out process is just as long. Why do it take so long to give us our paperwork when it's already sitting at the window waiting for us to sign. They need to be more considered of truckers time period. Please do better and fix...

In and Out. The guards checking you in and out are so kind and helpful. I've been delivering and picking up from here for a year. I love this DC so much better than the one in Palmyra, PA. I mean, they give your pets treats, too! They've had a few times where their systems went down, but that wasn't any fault of theirs. If you've had to deal with US Cold Storage or some Walmart DCs, then you'd know this place...

i love this place, ive been delivering and picking up loads at this place for the better part of four years now and every single time its been a good experience. easy to find, efficient check in and out process at the guard shack, trailer is always where they say its gonna be, everyone is friendly, and they give you treats for the dogs if they see them. i got not...
