Last week I went to Al’s tire mart to the Verizon department to ask a simple free question. When I walked in I saw one of the salesman’s just smiling from ear to ear. His name is Adam Jackson. I decided to go to him. I have never had the best customer service in my life until I walked into that store. From buying a car to eating at a restaurant. I walked out with a new phone , phone screen protector , phone case, a palm and a tablet. His actions and his attitude was so amazing. He helped me with every single question I had. And he would not let me leave till I knew how to work everything. The tablet I did not buy until the next day. I live in newton and I drove all the way to Effingham just to go to him. He is a very hard, positive worker and them people are very hard to find these days. I have told many people about Adam and defiantly told them to go to him. Thanks again Adam ! First time using Al's tire. Based upon the reviews, and co-workers recommendation. I got the opposite outcome. Sending a customer out the door after breaking my hubcap, misalignment of all four hubcaps, and smashing the valve stems on the inside of the hubcap. There are slots for the valve stems on the hubcaps. Knowing you sent the customer out the door without anybody coming forward with this matter is unprofessional business. I placed a call to the secretary after arriving home to discuss the entire matter. She apologized, and asked me to return. I have no reason to return ever. I wasn't offered any money return for the damages. I was just told they would fix it, and make it right. I ended up pulling all the hubcaps off, aligned them correctly myself, and replaced the broken hubcap. Contact me to...

I noticed I had a slow tire leak while coming into Effingham on a road trip pulling a camper. Not knowing where to get it looked at I pulled up tire service on my GPS. Followed it to Al's. What a great experience it was. They were able to get me in quickly without having to drop the trailer, found the problem, fixed it and I was back on the road real quick. Everyone I had contact with was great from the guys in the shop to the lady I payed in the office. If I lived in a 100 mile radius of this place I'd never do tire business anywhere...
