Electronic ER — Local services in El Cajon

Electronic ER was the designated adjuster for us through our renter's insurance. Recovering from a flooded home (thanks, upstairs neighbors) is a stressful, overwhelming time for just about everyone that's unfortunate to go through such a life event. Nevertheless, Electronic ER was extremely courteous and fast with their role in the process. I gave them 10/10 on their feedback survey, and I would absolutely recommend people use their services just based off of the first part of my experience alone.

Unfortunately for me, there had been a misunderstanding between us, our insurance, and Electronic ER. Since most insurance claim services occur between 9a-5p, the person available to help guide and sign things (me) had not been involved with the claim process at all, and did not realize that our insurance may potentially not cover the expenses. So on top of the stress of replacing our destroyed personal belongings, moving back in and unpacking, personal life issues, we had a brand new bill $1k that we were expected to front.

Despite them being in the clear of the pickle I'd got myself into, Electronic ER was so kind enough to waive our fees after hearing about our situation. Why? Simply because they're a company composed of genuinely caring people.

I work in marketing/sales, and I know just how integral it is to give feedback and share your experiences with a company. Obviously, I feel a large debt of gratitude towards them because of how above and beyond they went from beginning to end. That all being said, I think that if my experience was to provide any insight on how this company operates, then I can guarantee that you're in the hands of people who actually care.

We had a kitchen fire and our insurance agent recommended Electronics ER and she explained how important it is to get the soot and smoke particles out of the computers. We had quite a few computers in rooms near the kitchen that needed to be cleaned professionally. We met with Jordan and his team who professionally cleaned some computers on the spot that we could not be without for weeks, the other computers were professionally wrapped and inventoried. We had something that had been taken that we needed back before the rest of the items and they happily arranged to bring that item back. Everyone on the team was great to work with.

When the mass of computers were returned, they were boxed and marked so that we know what was being returned. The computers were reset up and we verified that everything worked correctly. For the homeowner, know that Electronic ER will take care of your electronics, whether it be a computer, sound system, TV, etc. If it is cleanable they will make sure it is cleaner than it was before the loss.
