First off let me say, I will continue to occasionally come here, only because it’s so close to my house and work. But I have never had a good experience at this location. It’s terribly run. Like, worst I’ve ever seen.
It’s dirty and the workers don’t care about anything. They’re slow, unfocused and miss the mark in all areas. They never have any clue on what’s going on, who needs to order or even WHAT they ordered.
You’ll be one of the fortunate ones if you do get what you ordered. I treat it like a game where you never know what you’ll end up getting after ordering.
The last time I was in there, you only had one choice of soda in the lobby. All others were out so, Dr.Pepper it was.
I’ve never been out of there in less than 20 minutes and no I have never sat down to eat. If definitely a slow food restaurant, they like to take their time.
I’m Used to getting about half of what I order and pay for, on the good days.
Just ordered 2 chicken tender combos this time and walked with only half the sides. I have no self respect for myself clearly, which is why I keep going back.
Was pretty butt hurt I didn’t get my fries, I’d say that was about 75% of my reason to go back in there in the first place.
Feel really bad for the family in there waiting 20 minutes ahead of me. They seemed like great people. They had never been to a Popeyes before and after today I’m sure they’ll never go again..
I honestly don’t think there’s any type of management on site at any time, I’ve never seen one anyway, maybe they are unicorns. I think it’s pretty clear that there must be only a 10 minute training session after getting hired as well, no one knows what they’re doing. They just toss you out on the floor and hope for the best.
This place owes me at least 100$ back and an apology. I guess I’ll have to settle for half my order and sub optimal food. Perhaps even dangerous.
Does the owner of this place hate money? Or just the general public as a whole?
Honestly pretty shocked the Health Department hasn’t shut them down. It’s a dicey move on their part, but I do love to gamble..
My Mac n cheese looks like it went thru a blender, that’s not normal, 99% sure you could drink it thru a straw if you were feeling adventurous.
I asked for ranch and BBQ dipping sauces, ended up with Mardi Graz mustard and honey mustard. Nice.
There’s usually at least a pair of crackheads to keep you company at the side patio. Sometimes people on meth and LSD, again, you never know. Seems to be a hot spot for rampant drug use and open container alcohol consumption.
Also this is a great place to abandon your broke down vehicle. They’re really starting to pile up around back.
I was 100% I was going to get robbed the other night, the dude was wearing full face mask and giant oversized hoody. He ended up just being high out of his mind but otherwise pretty polite. You couldn’t see any part of his face.
Be careful opening your car doors when you arrive, if you go inside. The bushes will scratch your doors. Also, be alert, scan your surroundings and be ready to deploy counter measures if needed. I’ve never felt safe here and I’ve been to some gnarly spots. Just saying.
I keep hoping that one day I’ll walk thru those doors and have an amazing experience, like on the beloved TV commercials. Looks like I’m gonna keep waiting.
To sum it up, I believe there’s a high chance the employees are paid extra to not care about their patrons, food quality, cleanliness and customer service.
If you have to repeat your order 3 times; and ALL it is, TWO CHICKEN TENDER COMBOS. The whole system has failed miserably.
I’ve been to other amazing Popeyes locations but I think this has got to be the worst one in the United States. Maybe it’s a money laundering site or something. It’s fishy at best.
I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and it’s somehow only gotten worse. It surprises me because it’s always been so bad, how could it...
Read morewent through the drive through. It took them a little while to take my order. There were three cars ahead of me. After 5 min I noticed that no one was present in the drive through window. A few more minutes go by and someone peeks out of the window and then disappears, a manager does the same and after about 10 minutes total the first car finally gets their food. Now there are two cars ahead of me. The first car just drives away without receiving anything after waiting 5 minutes. The drive through girl.says something to the next car and that car drives away as well. Now I'm finally at the window. at this point I've been waiting 20 min and so has the car behind me who hasn't even placed their order because no one has greeted them. I see all the employees in there mostly doing nothing and looking confused. I make eye contact as I'm waiting for someone to come to the window and I realize they aren't going to. So I drive to the front to.figure out what's going on in this place.
to my surprise there are not very many people inside however they are just waiting for their food. Hot food orders were scattered and unorganized on the counters and the manager by herself was trying to figure out who gets what while her employees just sat there with blank stares on their faces. When I told her that no one is communicating with the drive thru customers she said "Sorry, I told them to stop because we got busy and she's a trainer" ...She then had an employee lock the front door to keep people from coming in. I dont think corporate would be happy to know she was turning away business.
this was the worst operation...
Read moreI feel as if the people who work here don't listen to your order when you place it. I have had at least four occasions where I have ordered an extra biscuit only to get home and to have not received it. This last interaction is what prompted me to leave a review. I went through the drive-thru yesterday around 5 p.m. I placed my order at the speaker and the gentleman was clearly not listening to me, I had to repeat my Beverages and my food order several times. When I got to the window he asked once again what my drinks were and I handed him my card. He finally returned with my order and I did not ever receive my debit card back so I tried to call several times and all I got was a busy tone so the next day I tried calling several times again and only got a busy tone so I drove down to the store and I went in and explained what happened and the manager on duty didn't even bother to help in the situation and didn't even care about what was going on with the situation. The girl the register handed me my card and I told her, you know this is a frustrating situation I had to come back and retrieve my card and my order was wrong yesterday so she asked me if I had a receipt and I told her no because I never even got my card back and all she said was sorry as the manager was standing there listening didn't bother to step in and didn't bother to do anything. I didn't ask for her name as I just...
